Entry Rejection and Refund Policy
1. Once an entry is received, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.
3. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 10th February 2025.
4. For the purpose of Event registration, if a registrant uses a corporate/group code of which he/she is not the authorized and bonafide recipient, reserves the right to deny their entry/application. In such cases, the registrant will not receive a Bib and shall not be able to participate in the Event on the Race day.

Other Important Points
1. Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein, donations, Vishwa Hindu Parishad Konkan Prant Merchandise payment (if any), made at the time of applying for the event, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature. However, contribution towards Vishwa Hindu Parishad Konkan Prant Green Bib will only be refunded or not refunded in cases mentioned below:
2. If an individual applicant has applied in on-ground race category and the application is rejected for any reason. In such cases, applicants will be asked whether they would want to remain “Evergreener” by not opting for a refund towards the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Konkan Prant Green bib contribution or would want a refund towards the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Konkan Prant Green bib contribution, in the rejection mail. If the applicant requests for a refund for Vishwa Hindu Parishad Konkan Prant Green bib contribution or if there is no response from the applicant for 3 days, we will process the full refund made towards the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Konkan Prant Green bib contribution .If an applicant has surrendered the bib, no refund will be made towards the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Konkan Prant Green Bib contribution.
